Athletic Trainer
Medical Eligibility
To be medically eligible for sports in the 2025-2026 school year, student athletes must have a NMAA sports physical dated on or after April 1, 2025 on file with the athletic trainer. All physicals for the 2025-2026 school year must be submitted directly to the athletic trainer. Incomplete physicals will not be accepted.

Going To The Doctor
Anyone seeing an outside healthcare provider must bring a note back to the athletic trainer. All notes must include a diagnosis and what the student athlete can/ cannot do. Please use the forms below to ensure all information is included in your note.
All donations go directly to Highland High School Athletic Training and are used to purchase medical equipment and materials that are used to support all athletic programs.
